This Grievance Apps is Mobile based enterprise solution that allows Municipalities to enhance Citizen’s satisfaction through comprehensive service management and efficient service delivery.

Grievance APPS automates entire complaint process right from registration to closure. It also enforces service level policies to ensure the complaint gets attended within desired timeline or gets escalated to higher authorities for their attention and intervention.

A Citizen can lodge complaints through an APPS .An operator registers a complaint in the system
with all necessary details. A complainant can lodge single or multiple complaints during a single Log’s. In all cases, the complainant is given complaint acknowledgment number. Once a complaint is registered with the system, it is assigned to a concerned designated staff with message the reported problem. The officer is expected to resolve the complaint within a specified period. Once a complaint is resolved, the officer marks the complaint closed in the system. The citizen receives a Message confirming resolution of the complaint. If the citizen is not satisfied, he/she can request to re-open the complaint, which then escalates to the higher authority. If the complaint is not resolved and closed within the specified period, the same gets escalated to higher authorities. On repeated failure to resolve it gets escalated to the Municipal Commissioner.

We, SYSCON have successfully launched the Computerized automated Token issuing system at Amma Unavagam Pollachi Municipality (Digitalization) . In our project for Amma Unavagam include both Hardware and Software .As for hardware is concerned , we have given N-Computing device with all other supporting components. We have introduced Smart Card(Token) for each food item.

Advantages of token issued by SYSCON:

  • Tokens can naver be misused (i.e Token issued by Amma Unavaga Staff
    Can’t be used for other day.)
  • Time is fixed in our Software (i.e.Morning session tokens can be used only between 7.00 am to 10 .00am and
    afternoon session 12.00 pm to 4.00pm if reqused this time limit may be changed)
  • Details of sales per day can be viewed from authorized persons (Commissioner or Chairman )from their system
    through LAN Network.
  • Sales history for any date and time may be generated whenever required
  • Stock entry can be made online

It’s a customized application for your convenience and comfort.
